Working Principle and Characteristics
- It mainly applied to thin material with precision welding;
- It is mostly for Spot welding,butt welding,stitch welding,sealing welding,etc.
- It got high depth,less welding seam part,less heating part,less deformation,fast welding speed;
- Welding seam flat and good outlook,very few for re-processing
YAG laser welding machine fundamental is applied high power pulse laser to realize welding.First laser power needs to light up the Xenon Lamp and then the laser power release power to Xenon Lamp.It will form certain PWM and sends out 1064nm pulse laser.The laser light is through bean expansion,reflection,focus to the welding material.The whole operation could be done by PLC or PC operation.
